Kathleen A. Guarnera, 75, of Strongsville, passed away September 19, 2018. 

Beloved wife of James for over 56 years; loving mother of Elizabeth (Brian) Wolbers, James T. (Pam) Guarnera, and Lisa (Carl) Wolf; dear grandmother of Kayla and Cory Wolf; cherished sister of Elizabeth Valentine, Noreen Madej, Linda (Wally) Herchenroder, and Robert (Barb) Vangezelle; sister-in-law to Carol (Bill) Broestl, Rose (Tom) Zak, John (Glenna) Guarnera, David Guarnera, and Tom (Marlene) Guarnera; and a loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. 

Kathleen was the epitome of a great mother, wife, and best friend. She would always be available to lend you an ear, or give you sound advice. Kathleen was supportive, caring, fun loving, and she was her daughter’s “Irish Hippie.” She cherished spending time with her beloved family and friends, especially her grandchildren. 

A memorial visitation will be held on Monday, September 24, 2018 from 4-8 PM at the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070, where we will meet on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 12:45 PM for her 1 PM graveside service at Sunset Memorial Park, 6265 Columbia Road, North Olmsted, OH 44070. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Kathleen’s name to Hospice Services of Southwest General, 18697 Bagley Road, Middleburg Heights, OH 44130-3497.
